Zero Male Suicide

InoChem joins the global celebration of International Men’s Day on November 19th, shining a light on the health and well-being of men and boys while addressing the challenges they face. This day holds great significance as it acknowledges the positive contributions men make to the world and encourages them to serve as role models.

The theme for this year’s International Men’s Day is “Zero Male Suicide,” drawing attention to the disproportionately high rate of suicide among men. Shockingly, suicide remains the leading cause of death for men under the age of 45. In line with this theme, International Men’s Day aims to provide a platform for men to openly discuss mental health and foster a culture of support and understanding. Thus, we, InoChem, invite all members of our organization to engage in activities and competitions held at the plant, fostering a sense of friendship, and promoting dialogue surrounding International Men’s Day. By actively participating in these activities, we aim to raise awareness about the importance of men’s mental health and encourage an environment where conversations about mental well-being are welcomed and supported.
