Sanabil Investments 30% Stake in InoChem Purchased by Sahara Petrochemical Co.
Sahara Petrochemical Co. acquired the 30 percent stake for InoChem from Sanabil Investments for SAR242 million. Khair Inorganic Chemical Industries (InoChem) is a closed joint stock company. InoChem built an industrial complex on 800,000 square meters in Ras Al Khair Industrial City, producing 300,000 tons of Soda Ash and 348,000 tons of Calcium Chloride.
