InoChem Plant Operators Training Program

InoChem believes in the capabilities of our homeland community, we have enrolled 75 job seekers in a training program that is partners in cooperation with The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and National Industrial Training Institute (NITI).

Trainees will be qualified as successful InoChem employees since the program will help them to gain knowledge and insight into our industry since technology advances and workplace strategies evolve, there comes a need for professionals to align with these changes in terms of knowledge and skills to improve performance and efficiency in the workplace.
