Turki A. Al-Shehri
Turki Ahmed Al-Shehri holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. He graduated from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia in 2003.
He has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at InoChem since 2020.
Before joining InoChem, Turki worked at Sipchem. He took several assignments, primarily as Project Execution and Start-up General Manager and Operations General Manager of Sipchem’s Basic Chemical Affiliates. Turki is a board member within different affiliates at Sipchem.
Maher H. AlMuqabqab
Maher Habib Al-Muqabqab holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He graduated from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia in 1998.
He joined InoChem in 2019 as Site Readiness General Manager and was promoted to the position of Chief Operations Officer in 2020.
Before joining InoChem, Maher worked at Procter & Gamble. His roles included Process Reliability Program Manager, Loss Analysis Program Manager, Capacity Increases & Start-up Manager, F&HC Organizational Excellence Leader in IMEA, Manufacturing Capability Director, and Senior HR Director in both Dammam, Saudi Arabia and Dubai, UAE.
Amjad A. Sindi
Amjad Abdullatif Sindi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He graduated from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia in 2003.
He has held the position of Project Execution General Manager at InoChem since 2020, and now became the Technical Support General Manager in 2022
Before joining InoChem, Amjad worked at SADARA as PMO Manager. He also worked at Linde GAS Group as Head of Maintenance & Engineering and at GE as Project Manager. More than a decade of his career was in SIPCHEM as a Project Engineer.
Amjad W. Barakat
Amjad Walid Barakat holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and became a certified CPA in the United States in 2001. He graduated from the University of Jordan, Jordan in 1996.
He has held the position of Finance and Accounting General Manager at InoChem since 2012.
Before joining InoChem, Amjad worked at Deloitte and at the Abu Dhabi Accounting Authority as External Auditor, and at Safeway and Central Electricity Generating Company as an Internal Audit Executive. He also worked at Sama Jordan and Qatrana cement as Executive Finance Manager.
Mohammed S. Al-Shahrani
Mohammed Saleh Al-Shahrani holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. He graduated from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia in 2008.
He has held the position of (Acting) Operations Director at InoChem since April 2021 and was promoted to Calcium Chloride & Utilities Director in 2022. In March 2024, he was promoted to Manufacturing General Manager.
Before joining InoChem, Mohammed worked at Sipchem as an Operations Manager and Operations Excellence Manager.
Meshaal B. Al-Bakhurji
Meshaal Bassam Al-Bakhurji holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. He graduated from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia in 2005.
He first joined InoChem in 2020 as the Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Business Services General Manager in 2022.
Before joining InoChem, Meshaal worked at Saudi Aramco as a Process Engineer. He also worked at Sabic in duties concerning health, safety, and environment as a Safety Engineer.
He spent more than a decade of his career at Procter & Gamble, mainly as Head of Operations and Head of Human Resources.
Tuais F. Al-Shammari
Tuais Faleh Al-Shammari holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He graduated from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia in 2004.
Tuais joined InoChem in November 2019 as Infrastructure, Building, and Facilities Director. After completing the assignment successfully, he was promoted as the Director of Mining Business Development.
Before joining InoChem, Tuais worked for many semi-government and private sectors as an executive leader for manufacturing, maintenance, and power plants such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Electricity Company, and more.
Tuais has registered patents for power system and manufacturing, for which he was awarded by representing Saudi Arabia at the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) in 2013.
Tuais was a Board Leader of Jubail Saudi Consul of Engineering from 2012 to 2015.
Abdulrahman M. Al Ghamdi
Abdulrahman Mosfer AlGhamdi holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Faisal University.
He holds a master’s degree in Executive Master of Business Administration EMBA from King Abdulaziz University in 2022.
He joined InoChem in 2023 as the Director of Supply Chain.
Before joining InoChem, Abdulrahman worked at Sipchem since 2003. He took several assignments in different field of Operations (Basics, Intermediates & Polymers), Projects, Plants Start-up’s, Fire, and Supply Chain.
Abdulrahman has Expert Membership at SCPS (Supply Chain & Procurement Society)
Asil N. Al-Shiekh
Asil Alshiekh holds a Bachelor of Science focused on Computer Science with a Business Administration Minor from The American University in Cairo, Egypt 2006.
She has held the position of Human Resources Director at InoChem since January 2023. In March 2024, she was appointed as Corporate Affairs Executive Director.
She is an experienced HR Director with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry. The first female Operation Line Manager in P&G Dammam and the First female Technical Department Manager at P&G as well. She is skilled in Process Control, Analytical Skills, Value Stream Mapping, Management, Project Management, Initiative Management and Petroleum Geology. She is a strong operations’ professional who Loves the challenge.
Before joining InoChem, she worked at P&G, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Aramco, and Schlumberger. She took several assignments, primarily as System Analyst, Process Engineer, Technical Department Manager, Initiatives Management, Project Execution and Start-up, Talent Development, Capability & Learning, Talent Supply, Government Relations, and Services ending with being the HR Department Manager at P&G Dammam.
Ahmed I. Al-Gahtani
Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Gahtani holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He graduated from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia in 2010.
He has held the position of Project Execution Director at InoChem since 2020, and now he became the Business Development Director in 2022. In March 2024, he was appointed as Maintenance Director.
Before joining InoChem, Ahmed worked at Marafiq as a Project Engineer. He also worked at Worley Parsons in the role of Civil and Structural Engineer. More than 5 years of his career was at Tecnicas Reunidas in Spain as Civil Lead. He then moved to Aramco overseas as Civil Consultant in Italy for one and a half years. Afterward, he worked with SASREF as Project Lead for almost two years.
Talal A. Al-Ghamdi
Talal Abdullah Al-Ghamdi holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and EMBA from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia in 2007.
He has held the position of Maintenance Director at InoChem since May 2021. In March 2024, he was appointed as Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) Director.
Before joining InoChem, Talal started his career with Sabic as a Maintenance Engineer. There he held leadership positions in Maintenance, Operation, Business Planning, and Projects.
Fahad A. Al-Harbi
Fahd Awadh Al-Harbi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia in 2007.
Fahd joined InoChem in 2019 during the InoChem project engineering and construction phase , Pre-Commissioning Director and now became the Engineering Director in 2022.
Before joining InoChem, Fahd worked as an Engineering and Reliability Superintendent and Project Engineer at Sahara International Petrochemical Company in Jubail Industrial City.
Ramadan F. Al-Enazi
Ramadan F. Al-Enazi holds a Tech. Diploma degree. He graduated from SABIC T. Center in 1994.
Ramadan joined InoChem in 2022 during the InoChem project construction phase, as Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) Senior Manager. In March 2024, he was promoted to Operations Director.
Before joining InoChem, Ramadan worked as an Operation Manager in multiple petrochemical plants, as a project Superintendent, and as operation excellence S. Head in SABIC, ADVANCE, and Sahara.
Khalid A. Al-Otaibi
Khalid A Al-Otaibi holds a Technical Diploma degree in Electrical Distribution. He graduated from Dammam College of Technology in 1997.
Khalid joined InoChem in 2023 during the InoChem project Pre-commissioning phase, as Operations Manager. In March 2024, he was promoted to Operations Director.
Before joining InoChem, Khalid worked as Operation Leader in P&G, Operation Specialist in SABIC, Sipchem, and as operations Manager in Chemanol and Beea’h.
