Turki A. Al-Shehri
Turki Ahmed Al-Shehri earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals in Saudi Arabia in 2003.
Since 2020, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of InoChem.
Prior to joining InoChem, Turki held various roles at Sipchem, including Project Execution and Start-up General Manager, as well as Operations General Manager for Sipchem’s Basic Chemical Affiliates. He is also a board member of several affiliates within Sipchem.
Maher H. AlMuqabqab
Maher Habib Al-Muqabqab holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, which he obtained from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals in Saudi Arabia in 1998.
He joined InoChem in 2019 as Site Readiness General Manager and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2020.
Prior to his time at InoChem, Maher worked at Procter & Gamble, where he held various roles including Process Reliability Program Manager, Loss Analysis Program Manager, Capacity Increases and Start-up Manager, F&HC Organizational Excellence Leader in IMEA, Manufacturing Capability Director, and Senior HR Director in both Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai, UAE.
Amjad A. Sindi
Amjad Abdullatif Sindi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He graduated from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia in 2003.
He has held the position of Project Execution General Manager at InoChem since 2020, and now became the Technical Support General Manager in 2022
Before joining InoChem, Amjad worked at SADARA as PMO Manager. He also worked at Linde GAS Group as Head of Maintenance & Engineering and at GE as Project Manager. More than a decade of his career was in SIPCHEM as a Project Engineer.
Amjad W. Barakat
Amjad Walid Barakat holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and became a certified CPA in the United States in 2001. He graduated from the University of Jordan in 1996.
He has served as Finance and Accounting General Manager at InoChem since 2012.
Before joining InoChem, Amjad worked at Deloitte and the Abu Dhabi Accounting Authority as an External Auditor. He also held positions as an Internal Audit Executive at Safeway and the Central Electricity Generating Company. Additionally, he worked as Executive Finance Manager at Sama Jordan and Qatrana Cement.
Mohammed S. Al-Shahrani
Mohammed Saleh Al-Shahrani holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, graduating from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals in Saudi Arabia in 2008.
He has served as (Acting) Operations Director at InoChem since April 2021 and was promoted to Calcium Chloride & Utilities Director in 2022. In March 2024, he was promoted to Manufacturing General Manager.
Before joining InoChem, Mohammed worked at Sipchem as an Operations Manager and Operations Excellence Manager.
Meshaal B. Al-Bakhurji
Meshaal Bassam Al-Bakhurji holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, graduating from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals in Saudi Arabia in 2005.
He joined InoChem in 2020 as the Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Business Services General Manager in 2022.
Before joining InoChem, Meshaal worked at Saudi Aramco as a Process Engineer and at Sabic as a Safety Engineer, focusing on health, safety, and environment.
He spent over a decade at Procter & Gamble, primarily serving as Head of Operations and Head of Human Resources.
Tuais F. Al-Shammari
Tuais Faleh Al-Shammari holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, graduating from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals in Saudi Arabia in 2004.
Tuais joined InoChem in November 2019 as Infrastructure, Building, and Facilities Director. Following his successful assignment, he was promoted to Director of Mining Business Development.
Before joining InoChem, Tuais held executive leadership roles in manufacturing, maintenance, and power plants across various semi-government and private sectors, including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and Saudi Electricity Company.
He has registered patents in power systems and manufacturing, for which he represented Saudi Arabia at the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) in 2013.
Additionally, Tuais served as a Board Leader of the Jubail Saudi Consul of Engineering from 2012 to 2015.
Abdulrahman M. Al Ghamdi
Abdulrahman Mosfer Al-Ghamdi holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Faisal University and a master’s degree in Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from King Abdulaziz University, which he completed in 2022.
He joined InoChem in 2023 as the Director of the Supply Chain.
Before joining InoChem, Abdulrahman worked at Sipchem since 2003, undertaking various roles across Operations (Basics, Intermediates, and Polymers), Projects, Plant Start-ups, Fire Safety, and Supply Chain.
Abdulrahman is also an Expert Member of the Supply Chain & Procurement Society (SCPS).
Asil N. Al-Shiekh
Asil Alshiekh holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a Minor in Business Administration from The American University in Cairo, Egypt, graduating in 2006.
She has served as Human Resources Director at InoChem since January 2023, and in March 2024, she was appointed as Corporate Affairs Executive Director.
As an experienced HR Director, Asil has a proven track record in the consumer goods industry. She was the first female Operations Line Manager and the first female Technical Department Manager at P&G in Dammam. Her skills include Process Control, Analytical Skills, Value Stream Mapping, Management, Project Management, Initiative Management, and Petroleum Geology. She is a dedicated operations professional who thrives on challenges.
Before joining InoChem, Asil worked at P&G, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Aramco, and Schlumberger, taking on various roles such as System Analyst, Process Engineer, Technical Department Manager, Initiatives Management, Project Execution and Start-up, Talent Development, Capability & Learning, Talent Supply, Government Relations, and Services, ultimately serving as HR Department Manager at P&G Dammam.
Ahmed I. Al-Gahtani
Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Gahtani holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, graduating from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals in Saudi Arabia in 2010.
He has served as Project Execution Director at InoChem since 2020 and was promoted to Business Development Director in 2022. In March 2024, he was appointed Maintenance Director, and in September 2024, he became Projects Director.
Before joining InoChem, Ahmed worked at Marafiq as a Project Engineer and at Worley Parsons as a Civil and Structural Engineer. He spent over five years at Tecnicas Reunidas in Spain as a Civil Lead and then worked with Aramco overseas as a Civil Consultant in Italy for a year and a half. Following that, he served as Project Lead at SASREF for nearly two years.
Talal A. Al-Ghamdi
Talal Abdullah Al-Ghamdi holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an EMBA from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia, which he completed in 2007.
He has served as Maintenance Director at InoChem since May 2021, and in March 2024, he was appointed as Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Director.
Before joining InoChem, Talal began his career at Sabic as a Maintenance Engineer, where he held leadership roles in Maintenance, Operations, Business Planning, and Projects.
Fahad A. Al-Harbi
Fahad Awadh Al-Harbi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, graduating from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia in 2007.
Fahd joined InoChem in 2019 as Pre-Commissioning Director during the project engineering and construction phase. In 2022, he was promoted to Engineering Director, and in October 2024, he became Engineering and Maintenance Director.
Before joining InoChem, Fahd worked as an Engineering and Reliability Superintendent and Project Engineer at Sahara International Petrochemical Company in Jubail Industrial City.
Ramadan F. Al-Enazi
Ramadan F. Al-Enazi holds a Technical Diploma, graduating from SABIC T. Center in 1994.
He joined InoChem in 2022 as Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Senior Manager during the project construction phase and was promoted to Operations Director in March 2024.
Before joining InoChem, Ramadan worked as an Operations Manager in various petrochemical plants, as a Project Superintendent, and as an Operations Excellence Senior Head at SABIC, ADVANCE, and Sahara.
Khalid A. Al-Otaibi
Khalid A. Al-Otaibi holds a Technical Diploma in Electrical Distribution, graduating from Dammam College of Technology in 1997.
He joined InoChem in 2023 as Operations Manager during the project pre-commissioning phase and was promoted to Operations Director in March 2024. In October 2024, he became the Production Planning and Optimization Director.
Before joining InoChem, Khalid served as an Operations Leader at P&G, an Operations Specialist at SABIC, and Sipchem, as well an Operations Manager at Chemanol and Beea’h.
